So, I'm frustrated at myself

And for good reason.

Here's the thing: I do not have the time to commit to drawing a comic full time anymore.  I haven't for a long time.  Thankfully, I have a good friend and INCREDIBLY talented artist, Ian Samson (tran4of3.deviantart.com/), who has stepped in to be the artist on The Wotch and do things that I never could.  He's awesome like that.

Here's why I'm frustrated at myself, though: I can't seem to get myself to draw even with the time that I DO have.  It wouldn't be much, no, but it would be something.  And the worst part of it is I have friends, including Ian, happily offering to draw together, to encourage each other, etc.  And that is awesome!  Yet I can't seem to get over this creative/motivation gap.  It's entirely my own fault.

Even as I write this, you'd think that the solution would just be, "Well, just...do it!"  But it's never that simple when the time actually comes.  I don't get why this is so difficult.

Anyway, just had to express that.

its hard to draw again after its been awhile, that first step is the hardest though, once you've done something it gets progressively easier.
